Inspired by a southern solar eclipse where the earth was in full shadow of the moon leaving only the edges of the sun to illuminate the earth.

This illuminare inspired by a rare natural phenomenon, seeks to capture the essence of the event. Using Kelvin Lighting’s proprietary and patent-pending technology, Solar Eclipse uses materials like marble to mimic the effect of the soft warm glow, and subtle suspension wires to make it feel like it is suspended is space.
